Cllr. Martin Curry is calling on Bromley Council to sort out recycling arrangements for flats, before trying to impose compulsory recycling on other residents.
Cllr. Curry says, "In December 2004, the Council stated that 100% of flats were now able to recycle. That was untrue then, and it remains untrue one
year later.
As a resident and an elected representative of the Grassmeade Estate, I know that no measures have been introduced to enable residents to recycle
household waste in this or some other estates."
