An opinion poll asking: "Council Tax payers in Conservative controlled Bromley will get the second highest percentage increase in their bills in Outer London this April. Do you think that Bromley Council gives value for money?" has been removed from this site after clear vote rigging was observed on Friday night, when hundreds of "YES" votes were being cast in a period of minutes.
Site manager Duncan Borrowman said: "It is a shame that people are not prepared to allow the views of the public to be heard, but would rather cheat the result for their own political agenda".
